Refund Policy

1. Ticket Sales are Final

All ticket sales and food add-ons are final. Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred to another individual, except under exceptional circumstances entirely at the discretion of the event organizers.

2. Event Cancellation

In the rare event that Spectrum is canceled by the organizers, full refunds will be automatically processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
