Cancelling your ticket

• Up to 72 hours before doors open on Monday, 26 October 2026: full refund of the ticket price.
• Within 72 hours of the event, or after the event: no refund, except as below.
• Tickets that have been scanned at the gate can’t be refunded.
• Student passes are free, so there is nothing to refund. Just let your academy know if you can’t come.

How to request a refund

Email dishariphysics@gmail.com from the address you booked with, including your order reference (it starts with SPX-). Once approved, the ticket is cancelled immediately and its QR stops working.

When you’ll get the money

Refunds go back to the original payment method via Razorpay, initiated within 7 working days of approval. Banks usually credit it within 5–7 working days after that.

If we cancel or change the event

• If the event is cancelled, every paid ticket is refunded in full automatically. You don’t need to ask.
• If the date or venue changes significantly, you can choose a full refund instead of attending.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money was debited but no ticket was issued, the payment is matched to your order automatically within minutes, or refunded in full by Razorpay. If you were charged twice for the same order, the duplicate is refunded in full. Contact us with the payment reference if it doesn’t resolve within 48 hours.
