Terms & Conditions

Effective 2026-09-25. Please read these before booking.

These terms apply to tickets for SPECTRUM 3.0 on Monday, 26 October 2026 at Rabindra Bhavan, Khardaha (the “Event”), organised by Dishari Physics Academy (“we”, “us”). By booking or using a ticket you agree to them.

1. Tickets

  • A ticket admits the number of people shown on it, once each. Student passes admit one student and one parent; each may enter separately.
  • Tickets are delivered digitally as a QR code by email and on a private web page. The QR is your ticket, so keep it private. Anyone presenting it may be admitted, and a code that has been used cannot be used again.
  • We may cancel a ticket that was obtained fraudulently, duplicated or resold for profit, without refund.
  • Student passes are non-transferable and are issued only to students registered by their academy.

2. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in INR and include applicable taxes. Payment is taken at booking via Razorpay.
  • An order is confirmed only when payment succeeds and a ticket is issued. If a payment fails, no ticket is issued and no amount is retained.

3. Cancellations and refunds

See the Cancellation & Refund Policy. If we cancel the Event, every paid ticket is refunded in full.

4. At the event

  • Entry opens at 10:15. Carry the QR on your phone or on paper; a volunteer scans it at the gate.
  • Workshops have limited seats and are first come, first served; a ticket doesn’t guarantee a seat in a specific workshop.
  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Lasers and optical equipment are operated by our team; please follow their safety instructions.
  • We may refuse entry or ask anyone to leave for unsafe or disruptive behaviour, without refund.
  • The Event may be photographed or filmed. Tell a volunteer if you’d prefer not to be featured.

5. Changes

We may change the programme, speakers or timings. If the date or venue changes materially, you may request a full refund.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with a ticket is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Khardaha have jurisdiction.
