Shipping & Delivery

Nothing ships. Tickets are digital and delivered by email.

How tickets are delivered

  • Paid tickets are emailed to the address you verified during booking, usually within a few minutes and at most within 15 minutes of a successful payment.
  • After payment you’re also shown a web copy of your ticket straight away, so you don’t have to wait for the email.
  • Student passes are emailed to the address your academy provided, before the event.
  • No physical goods are shipped, and there are no delivery charges.

Didn’t receive it?

  1. Check your spam, promotions or updates folders for an email from SPECTRUM.
  2. Use Find my ticket: verify your email with a code to view the ticket or have it sent again.
  3. Still nothing? Email dishariphysics@gmail.com with your order reference, and we’ll resend it or correct the address.

Wrong email address?

Contact us and we’ll send the ticket to the right address and cancel the old delivery.
